exchange are accepted within 3 days of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Exchange are only applicable in case of:
Damaged product
Wrong item delivered

Important Note (Perfume Products):
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume products are not eligible for Exchange

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
